Our mission is to help communities around the country address environmental, economic and social challenges to build a better future shaped and shared by all. By unleashing the power of people we intend to transform their communities. Our approach ensures solutions emerge from within the community, rather than being imposed from the outside. By combining technical expertise and leadership training with strategic investments in local organizations, we are sparking creative solutions and lasting change. CLeaIN is an attempt to tackle various problems arising from climate change and related environmental issues by waking up the Indian youth to unleash the leadership potential in them.

CLeaIN intends to help local climate and energy practitioners accomplish their climate-related goals by sharing best practices; connecting them to their peers in other cities and to leading national experts; building their capacity to access, and effectively use, available funding sources; providing them with easier access to the best available tools and resources; and facilitating collaboration with their regional, state and national counterparts. We get people involved in shaping their future and cultivate local talent, enabling people to become strong advocates and effective leaders in their communities.
